It’s a natural process that strikes fear into a lot of women, the last taboo that’s rarely discussed. Well no more! We want to make sure that women thrive rather than merely survive their menopause and we intend to show you how!

We’ve got a host of women’s health experts to speak at Slainte’s Menopause Makeover event, which will take place in the Meyrick Hotel, Galway on Thursday the 11th of February from 10am until 2pm.

And we’ve got the team from the Róisín – TG4 show coming along to film for their TV show as we take on the menopause and learn to live life full of health and wellness during this time.

Early bird tickets for this four hour workshop are €25 for the first fifty participants, until the 5th February. No tickets will be available on the door.
