Arthritis does not mean you cannot green your thumbs. In fact, gardening may be the very thing you need! Around the world, arthritis health advocates are proclaiming that “movement is the best medicine”.
Sláinte’s award-winning horticulturist Fiann Ó Nualláin looks at how even aching joints and reduced mobility should be no hindrance to enjoying your garden.
